We have made Japanese seasonal fruits into the high-quality monaka ice cream called “Mimona” by the skills and passion which has been developed for 40 years since our establishment.

Strawberry ice cream and white chocolate sauce Ice cream made with pulp and juice from “Echigohime” strawberries grown in Niigata Prefecture and juice from “Tochiotome” strawberries with a ripple of white chocolate sauce.
～The taste of Summer～
White peach ice cream with white chocolate sauce and yellow peach Ice cream made with domestic grown white peach juice and pulp from yellow peaches grown in Yamagata Prefecture rippled with a white chocolate sauce.

Fig ice cream with caramel sauce and chestnuts Ice cream made with pulp and juice from figs grown in Aichi Prefecture
sprinkled with Japanese glazed chestnuts and rippled with caramel sauce.

Fromage ice cream with yuzu sauce and apple Ice cream made with rich cream cheese sprinkled with chunks of “Fuji” apples grown in Aomori rippled with yuzu citrus sauce.
Natural, subtle sweetness
The subtle sweetness of sugar cane grown in Amami Islands in Kagoshima Prefecture. No caster sugar is used.
Beautifully baked crispy monaka wafers made with flour grown in Hokkaido Prefecture.

What is “Mimona”?
The name “Mimona” is inspired
by ancient poetry about Japanese traditional sweets “monaka”.
We gave our product this lovely girly name which is pleasing to the ear,
hoping Mimona would be loved by everybody.
