We have made Japanese seasonal fruits into the high-quality monaka ice cream called “Mimona” by the skills and passion which has been developed for 40 years since our establishment.

Ice cream made with pulp and juice from “Echigohime” strawberries grown in Niigata Prefecture and juice from “Tochiotome” strawberries with a ripple of white chocolate sauce.

Natural, subtle sweetness

What is “Mimona”?
The name “Mimona” is inspired
by ancient poetry about Japanese traditional sweets “monaka”.
We gave our product this lovely girly name which is pleasing to the ear,
hoping Mimona would be loved by everybody.
